Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns not accepted.
Exceptions include loss or damage to products during shipping. Should your purchase be damaged during shipping, please contact jechambersart@gmail.com to discuss options for mitigation. JC Fine Arts LLC is not liable for loss or damage after delivery of goods.
If your fine art original or print is damaged after delivery, please contact jechambersart@gmail.com for assistance in replacing or repair. Costs for replacement or repair are not guaranteed to be discounted or covered by JC Fine Arts LLC and may need to be paid in full by the purchaser.
Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receiving. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jechambersart@gmail.com.
Shipping returns
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
